Angel was a great service advisor. But for the first time since 2020, all the other service was not good. Angel was the only advisor working this morning. The others were standing groups talking and laughing. After I paid for my service. I had to stand outside for 10 minutes for the valet to talk to me, and then another 10 minutes for him to go somewhere behind the service center to get my car. I am handicapped and I am not supposed to stand for 20 minutes.
They did what I asked them to do in a timely manner. Although they suggested other things I might need to get done, they did not pressure me to accept services I was not ready to have done.
